When will I be charged for my ride?
For Baku VIP Transfer, the timing of your payment depends on the type of card you use:
Debit Card
Your card is charged immediately at the time of booking. If you cancel your ride within the free cancellation window (up to 48 hours before pickup), the money will be refunded to your card within a few business days.
Credit Card
When you book, we place a pre-authorization hold on your card to secure the booking. Your card is not actually charged yet. If you cancel within the free cancellation window, this authorization is automatically released, and no charge will appear on your credit card.
This system is similar to what hotels or car rental services use, ensuring your ride is secured without charging you until necessary.
