The Manage Bookings section is designed to help you handle all aspects of your ride after it's been booked. From viewing your upcoming rides to cancelling a trip, this guide will explain everything clearly so you can manage your Baku VIP Transfer experience with ease.

Viewing Your Bookings

Once you've successfully booked a ride, all details are available under the Rides Management section in your account. Here you can:

  • See your upcoming rides
  • Check pickup locations, destinations, and timings
  • Review the vehicle and service class you selected
  • Access payment and invoice information

This ensures you have all your ride information in one convenient place.

Modifying Your Booking

Currently, modifying an existing booking is not possible.

If you need to change the pickup time, destination, or duration, the best approach is to:

Cancel the original ride (as long as it's at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup).

Rebook a new ride with your updated details.

This allows you to keep the same service class and preferences while updating the ride to suit your needs.

Cancelling a Ride

If you need to cancel a ride, Baku VIP Transfer allows cancellations up to 48 hours before your pickup time. Here's how it works:

Use the Rides Management section to cancel your ride.

Refunds

Once cancelled within the allowed window, your refund will be processed automatically and returned to the original payment method within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Late Cancellation

Cancelling after the 60-minute window makes the ride fare non-refundable.

Rebooking a Ride

If you cancelled a ride and want to rebook, Baku VIP Transfer offers an easy rebooking option:

  • All your previous ride preferences can be retained.
  • Simply update the date, time, and duration/destination.
  • Confirm and pay to secure your new booking.
