1. General Provisions

Baku VIP Transfer ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") is an online booking platform enabling users to book and arrange private chauffeur services in Azerbaijan.

Baku VIP Transfer does not offer any transport services. Instead, we act as an intermediary between the customer and independent and licensed chauffeur services providers ("Service Providers"). The transport services provided are done by the Service Providers.

By booking a transport service via our website and/or any other tools associated with it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Contractual Relationship

Once the booking is confirmed, the service agreement is formed between the customer and the independent chauffeur service provider assigned to the customer.

Baku VIP Transfer is in charge of arranging the booking, customer support, and the standard of the service. The actual transport service is provided by the Service Provider.

3. Booking & Confirmation

An offer to use our services occurs when you make a booking request via our website.

The contract is deemed to be binding upon the sending of the booking confirmation email to your email address.

The pickup time specified in the booking confirmation email is the official pickup time.

4. Services

4.1 Ride Types

We offer:

  • City-to-City Transfers
  • Hourly Chauffeur Hire

Availability may vary by location.

4.2 Vehicle Class

Customers may select a vehicle category (e.g., Business, First Class, Van). Vehicle images shown on the website are illustrative. A specific vehicle model is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to provide a complimentary upgrade when available.

4.3 Luggage & Passengers

The number of passengers and luggage must match the details provided during booking.

Excess luggage, special items, pets, or special requests must be declared at the time of booking. Service Providers may refuse transport if safety conditions are not met.

4.4 Waiting Time

For airport pickups, up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included (if flight details are provided).

For other pickups, 15 minutes of waiting time is included. Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.

4.5 Delays

If flight details are provided, we monitor arrival times and adjust pickup accordingly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as extreme weather, strikes, or road closures.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

5.1 Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 2 business days - 48hrs before pickup.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 business days - 48hrs before pickup are charged in full.

Cancellations must be made through the website or by contacting support.

5.2 No-Show

A ride is considered a no-show if the passenger does not arrive:

  • Within 30 minutes of scheduled pickup time
  • Within 60 minutes for airport pickups

In case of no-show, the full fare is charged.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are calculated based on:

  • Vehicle class
  • Distance
  • Duration
  • Special requests

All prices are confirmed in the booking confirmation.

Payment is made by credit or debit card unless otherwise agreed. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

7. Customer Conduct

Passengers must follow all traffic laws and safety regulations, including wearing seat belts.

Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited. Cleaning or damage costs caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

The chauffeur has the right to refuse service in case of unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Liability

Baku VIP Transfer is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence in arranging the service.

The independent Service Provider is solely responsible for the transportation service itself.

We are not liable for:

  • Items left in the vehicle
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Force majeure events

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Azerbaijan.
