How do I update pickup or destination details?

Currently, Baku VIP Transfer does not allow changing the pickup location or destination after a ride has been booked.

What you can do instead:

• Cancel the existing ride (up to 48 hours before the pickup time to get a refund).
• Book a new ride with the correct pickup and destination details.
• You can use the "Rebook" option in your account to quickly select the same service class and other preferences, then update the date, time, or destination as needed.
