How can I request an invoice?
After completing your booking with Baku VIP Transfer, you can easily request an invoice for your ride. All invoices are issued in electronic format (PDF) and include details such as your ride date, pickup and destination locations, service type, and total fare.
To request an invoice:
Go to your account and open the Rides Management tab.
Select the ride for which you need an invoice.
Click on "Request Invoice" or "Download Invoice" (if available).
The invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
If you encounter any issues or need the invoice sent to a different email, you can contact our customer support team, and they will provide it promptly.
