The Billing & Payments section is designed to answer all your questions about pricing, payment methods, refunds, and invoices. It ensures that your experience with Baku VIP Transfer is smooth, transparent, and stress-free when it comes to managing costs.

Payment Methods

Baku VIP Transfer accepts card payments only. Currently, we do not accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or cash payments. You can use debit or credit cards to securely pay for your rides during the booking process.

When Do I Get Charged?

Debit Cards

Your card is charged at the time of booking. If you cancel within the free cancellation window (at least 48 hours before pickup), the full amount is refunded.

Credit Cards

When you book with a credit card, the amount is pre-authorized (reserved) but not charged immediately. After the ride, the charge is completed. If you cancel within the free cancellation window, the pre-authorization is automatically reversed, and no funds are taken.

This process ensures your payment is safe and transparent, similar to hotel or car rental pre-authorizations.

Are Prices Fixed?

No, Baku VIP Transfer prices can vary depending on the time of booking, selected service class, and route. Longer distances, peak times, or special requests may affect the fare. Every ride shows the final price before you confirm payment, so there are no hidden charges.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you cancel your ride within the allowed cancellation window:

  • Refunds are automatic and returned to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Cancelling after the 60-minute window makes the ride fare non-refundable.

Requesting an Invoice

If you need a ride invoice for business or personal records:

Go to the Rides Management section in your account.

Select the completed ride.

Click Request Invoice to receive a detailed billing document.

Invoices include your ride details, service class, fare breakdown, and payment confirmation.
