How do refunds work?
Baku VIP Transfer has designed the refund process for our customers to be simple and easy. If you want a refund, all you need to do is cancel your ride at least 48 hours before the pickup time, which qualifies you for a full refund.
As soon as the ride is canceled, the refund will be processed immediately. In most cases, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method that was used for the ride. However, the time it takes for the amount to reflect back in your account can vary from 1-3 business days, depending on your bank.
Please note: If the ride has been canceled after the free cancellation time, the ride fare will be non-refundable.
If you haven't received your refund after 3 business days, you can always reach out to our customer support, and we will be happy to assist you with your refund.
