What is your lost & found policy?

At Baku VIP Transfer, we understand that sometimes passengers may accidentally leave items in our vehicles. Here's how we handle lost belongings:

Reporting Lost Items

If you realize that you left something in one of our vehicles, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Provide details such as the date and time of the ride, pickup and drop-off locations, and a description of the item.

Recovery Process

Once reported, our team will contact the chauffeur to check for the item. If found, we will arrange for it to be returned to you safely.

Time Frame

Items are usually checked and returned within a few business days. However, this can vary depending on the location and the type of item.

Responsibility

While we take every effort to recover lost items, Baku VIP Transfer cannot be held responsible for items left in the vehicle. We strongly recommend checking your belongings before leaving the car.

Return Method

Depending on your preference and the item's size, we can arrange delivery or you can collect the item at a designated location.

Remember: Always double-check your belongings before exiting the vehicle to avoid losing anything important.
