How Our Service Works

Booking a ride is simple and straightforward. Here's what you need to know:

Hourly Bookings

Choose your pickup location, date, time, and duration. You can select a service class (Economy, Business, First Class) and provide any flight or pickup details. Payment and confirmation are completed online.

City-to-City Transfers

Similar process, but instead of duration, you select your destination city.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation message and email. All your upcoming rides are also available in the Rides Management section of your account.

What You Need to Know Before Booking

Booking Window

You can book as far in advance as you like. The minimum booking time is 2 hours before pickup.

Payment

Only card payments are accepted (no Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal). Prices may vary depending on distance, time, and vehicle class.

Cancellation

You can cancel a ride up to 48 hours before pickup to receive a full refund.

Vehicle & Chauffeur

All chauffeurs are licensed and insured, and vehicles meet strict safety standards. You can request specific vehicle features like Wi-Fi or premium seating during booking.
